Ultrasonic cleaning theory

By using an electrical generator which generate a high-frequency signal, the tubular transducer set in liquid will induce compression and rarefaction waves.The liquid which affected by two kinds of waves constantly creates pushing and expanding that forms and explode tiny bubbles in the liquid(cavitation).

These tiny bubbles can attach on the surface of whatever object place in the liquid and when bubble explode, any contamination can be removed.

Ultrasonic cleaning in the field

Ultrasonic cleaning will not do damage to the surface of the object, therefore, materials such as metals, plastics, glass, rubber, and ceramics are all suitable for ultrasonic cleaning.

Tubular ultrasonic generator can be placed inside any size or shape of metal water-tank, so can be used for a wide range of shapes, sizes and materials of the workpiece, and no needs to disassemble the parts before the cleaning process.

Depends on the solvents, contaminants like dust, dirt, oil, pigments, rust, algae, fungus, bacteria, lime scale, polishing compounds, flux agents, fingerprints, soot wax and mold release agents, and so on are able to be taken away.
